1. Think of a Unique ID, max. 16 characters, a unique name/label, eg: anton@jakarta

2. Exchange your Unique ID on VRC or your fav. messenger with your friends

3. Tell your friends to use video conference here as well

4. a. Get your self a working webcam and publish your face!

4. b. Or, if you know someones Unique IDs, and they're publishing, you can see their faces!

5. No registration, no subscription, no nothing. You don't keep your Unique ID, neither do we.

Notes:

• Video rate 56kbps @ 6fps, voice streamed with video, both using RTMP
• 96 kbps bandwidth in total required per stream (video+voice)
• You (or your network administrator) required to open TCP port 1935
